Event 2026-04-09: How to Compliantly Tackle the Problem of Employee Slacking

Against the backdrop of a slowing global economy and corporate efforts to reduce costs and increase efficiency, the phenomenon of “employee slacking/quiet quitting” is increasingly becoming a challenging issue for management. This seminar will focus on the unique compliance challenges within business operations and, using typical cases, analyze the legal definition of “employee slacking,” techniques for preserving evidence, and compliant handling approaches. The goal is to precisely identify and effectively manage “employees who are physically present but mentally disengaged” without crossing legal redlines or triggering lawsuits for discrimination or wrongful termination.
