Daniela Essenpreis, a German-born engineer, has over 20 years of experience at BMW, including several years specialising in plastic recycling. She worked for several years as a trainer for sustainability and the circular economy. She is a co-founder of the ESG Academy and works as a trainer for sustainability.
Gabriella Cheng, a Chinese national with a bachelor’s degree in cultural mediation from Italy, possesses over ten years of experience in training and multinational business, with expertise in ESG and the circular economy. She works as a trainer for Sustainability.

Daniela Essenpreis, a German-born engineer, has over 20 years of experience at BMW, including several years specialising in plastic recycling. She worked for several years as a trainer for sustainability and the circular economy. She is a co-founder of the ESG Academy and works as a trainer for sustainability.
Before taking on the challenge of becoming a Professional Certified Coach, Trainer & Facilitator, Katarina Milanovic, a Serbian national, worked in a private Chinese-owned company located in Shanghai, specialising in sales, marketing, and training. Her job was to build bridges between the Chinese and Western services. Her areas of expertise include professional development, public relations, public speaking training, cross-cultural training, and project management strategy.
